Fourteen days
If a piece is not right, send it back within fourteen days of delivery. There is no restocking fee and we do not ask why.
What we can take back
Anything undamaged. Worn is fine — we would rather have it back than have it sit in a drawer. Custom bridal pieces made to a swatch are the one exception, for the obvious reason.
How to start one
Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to us from the contact page with your order number. We will send a prepaid label.
